This extensive antique silver plated chatelaine is wonderfully ornate with classical repoussé ornamentation on the chains and tools and a lacy openwork pattern on the waist plaque. The attachments include a silver thimble, mechanical pencil, needle case, notebook with ivory pages and a pin cushion. Aside from a little rubbing of the silver plate, all of it is in excellent condition with no dents or other damage. The clip is strong with the original hinge and the chatelaine measures 11 inches from top to bottom. The waist plaque is 2.5 x 2.5 inches. 144 grams. Stamped EPNS on the back with two hallmark stamps.
